This is a shared hosting service. However, we do offer dedicated environments, if this is of interest, please reach out to our team: 02 9037 8233
We are not a reseller of hosting, we operate and manage our own specialist hosting environment. Our infrastructure uses the Amazon Web Services platform.
All of your services are located in Australia by default. We are able to offer hosting services in many global locations upon request.
Backups are taken daily and can usually be restored within hours. Daily backups are kept for 7 days, weekly and monthly backups are kept for up to 3 months.
Our team will apply WordPress updates and plugin updates on at minimum a weekly basis.
If an update breaks your site, we can roll back to the last backup before the issue. You simply need to flag it with the customer service team and we will perform the roll back for you. We can also provide further technical assistance to fix the issue on request.
We utilise the Amazon Web Services platform for our hosting services. AWS has the following ISO certifications: ISO/IEC 27001:2013, 27017:2015, 27018:2014, and ISO/IEC 9001:2015.
